An elite global law firm serving leading companies is seeking an associate to join its Derivatives group in their New York office.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier derivatives practice with a strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, and creative thinker. Must have commercial and business awareness, and outstanding communication and negotiation skills. The candidate will have strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work with different practice teams, overseas offices, and local counsels in a cross-border environment
